Where the Riviera works best
- Cannes is b for brand events, luxury launches, media moments and corporate hospitality. Around La Croisette, Carlton Cannes and the Palais des Festivals, the city carries the language of cinema, red carpets and international attention.
- Monaco is made for executive guests, private hospitality and yacht-related events. Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Casino Square and Port Hercule create old-world wealth, precision service and global business culture.
- Antibes and Cap d’Antibes are ideal for discreet dinners, villa celebrations and full-service event Antibes projects. Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc is a symbol of Riviera luxury: gardens, private coastline, sea-facing terraces and privacy expected by UHNW guests.
- Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat gives a quieter Riviera mood. Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, works for polished service, gardens, sea views and timeless French elegance.
- Saint-Tropez is more social and beach-driven: the direction for villa parties, port dinners, beach lunches and Côte d’Azur party organization with a relaxed but expensive rhythm.
Sea, beach clubs and coastal formats
On the Riviera, the sea is not decoration. It can shape the event: yacht arrival, tender transfer, sunset welcome drink, beach lunch, pontoon brand moment or private dinner after a day on the water.
- Carlton Beach Club in Cannes gives a polished Croisette atmosphere. La Guérite on Île Sainte-Marguerite brings a destination feeling: guests arrive by boat and the island setting creates a sense of occasion.
- Nikki Beach Saint-Tropez works for poolside energy, music and international party mood.
- Le Club 55 on Pampelonne is a Saint-Tropez classic: long lunches, relaxed luxury and social atmosphere that cannot be recreated in a ballroom.
These venues are not interchangeable. Wind, sound limits, boat timing, sun exposure and transfers must be checked before the concept is approved.
Food, drinks and detail
A luxury event organization Côte d’Azur project should taste like the region: oysters, langoustines, grilled sea bass, Provençal vegetables, olive oil, citrus, herbs, socca bites, pissaladière, Menton lemon desserts and tarte tropézienne.
Drinks may include Champagne, Provence rosé, Bandol, Cassis white wine, Bellet wines from the hills above Nice, or bespoke cocktails with rosemary, basil, lavender, citrus or sea-salt notes.
For private dining and corporate hospitality, we look at the level of Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse in Monaco, Mirazur by Mauro Colagreco in Menton, La Chèvre d’Or in Èze and Eden-Roc Restaurant at Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc: product quality, service rhythm and sense of place.
Details matter: a signature welcome drink, a party gift with local olive oil or fragrance, floral design with Mediterranean textures, decor production that respects the venue, sunset lighting and music direction from dinner to party.
