Barometer of The Soul.

The second chapter of our series of immersive events dedicated to the senses.
Barometer of the Soul is a multisensory art event where weather becomes a metaphor for inner states, and emotions shift like the sky. Through sound, light, food, scent, and touch, we explore how experiences and sensations — like the climate — are ever-changing, transient, and beautiful precisely because of their impermanence.

Weather as Emotion: Instead of using banal images of the sky, we immerse guests in “weather as emotion” — expressed through installations, dishes, light, sound, scent, and textures.
Moving with the seasons: The four seasons are the core of this adventure. Autumn, Winter, Spring, Summer.

This was not an exhibition. Nor a simple show.It was an emotional journey.

Vision

A projection of turbulent sky, undulating as the screen sways in the breeze.
Two anchors amidst the storm :
A cherry art piece – symbol of balance and beauty – and, of course, the table –
Illuminated by golden hour light or the blue shades of sunshine on frozen water

Taste

Each bite contains the core of a season:the earthy generosity of harvest vegetables with a hint of smokiness.
Comforting food, a remedy against the taste of frost on your tongue. The crisp freshness of new leaves.
An assortment of appetizers and wine that tastes like energy and summer.

Sound

A curated atmospheric soundtrack constantly adapting to shifting weather.
And a gentle voice, piercing through it, like it is falling out of the sky.
You let yourself be guided by that voice that connects you to your deeper emotion.

Touch

The light curtain brushes against your skin as you walk into the space.
Grains of salt stuck to your finger as you leaned over the buffet table.
As your body relaxes on the sofa, you almost feel like you’re floating.

Smell

Outside, it might smell like rain on asphalt or the bitter cold of winter,
But in here prevails the faint aroma of our signature cocktail, Kir Royal:
The sweetness of peach syrup is balanced by the bright acidity of champagne.
